Q: I RSVP’d “Yes,” but can no longer attend. What should I do?

We’ll miss you, but we understand that plans can change. Please let us know as soon as possible so we can update our seating and catering arrangements.

Q: Can we sit anywhere during the reception?

We’ve prepared assigned seating to ensure everyone is comfortable and seated with familiar faces. Please approach the coordinators’ table upon arrival to get your table number and program fan.

Q: Is there nearby accommodation?

A: Yes! Bella Rosa Gardens also offers rooms. If you’d like to book a room, please let us know.

Q: What time should I arrive?

A: We suggest arriving by 2:30 PM or earlier so you can settle in before the ceremony begins.

Q: Can we bring pets?

A: Absolutely! Your furry companions are welcome to join the celebration starting from cocktail hour. If you’re staying at Bella Rosa, please note that only one pet is allowed per room. 🐾🐶🐾
